Raw Breakfast - (BLOG POST)

These products are immensely wonderful: (I hightly recommend)


  1. Clusterbucks Raw Vegan Buckwheat Granola - filling, nutritious, full of enzymes from buckwheat and cinnamon, acai, blueberries, etc

  2. Cocoyo Raw Vegan Coconut Yogurt - so tasty, comes in an assorted variety of delicious flavours (seasonal? Not certain...) Pina colada and peach-nectarine are just a couple.

  3. Chia Smash Vegan Smashed Jam Product - many flavours (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry...) I find them to be delicious and nutritious! No sugar from refined sources (if you're into that! Just dates!)

  4. Earthbar (chocolate shake)(see below)



As you see, these are a few new favorites in the raw food item category, which I had the pleasure of eating recently. They are a treat!


Thanks, again, EarthBar for the Chocolate Shake..! It has almond butter, three different kinds of chocolate, 25 grams of protein from protein powder, mesquite, and much more!
