A fun idea for ladies:
Morning meditation group!
I learned this pro-tip in a Nutrition Workshop I took at Ayurvedic Institute. In Hindi - they call the morning routine (which often includes yoga - "dinacharya")
Whether it's a sound bath at one of your local studios, or a group therapy with readings, I find "Morning Meditations" to be a winner!!!
Benefits social functioning, brain/cognitive health (no I'm not a doctor, but I'm certain from my own journey!)
