Went to: Skirball Cultural Center DVF

I was lucky 🍀 enough to see a film premiered called, DVF Woman In Charge, at the Skirball Cultural Center, as well as…her in person..! Speaking after ! See photo of the speakers… in a seated panel, below. What a fun and engaging new film… extraordinarily moving. It goes over the history of her clothing line as well as details honest accounts from her family.

She spoke on the origination idea for the wrap dress (see either exhibit or film 🎥 ), men, sex-symbols, and manifesting, which she makes a New Year’s practice, with a couple words of prayer, 🙏🏻 🤲🏼 - something Kabbalistic, if you ask me. The Hollywood Reporter (interviewer and film-makers -all women, seen below) covered the event!

What encouraging words… spoken from the heart. For any woman, this is a must-see. I would be honored to hear and read more from her! There is an accompanying book and necklace, worn by the mannequins in the exhibit during this latest period of her fashion (see exhibited: toward end)…

…Wonderful exhibit inside the center, Skirball, which was moved from D.V.F.’s home place- (Brussels) recently, and just opened… I was sad to leave! Bloomberg covers the exhibit. Could not… recommend, both, MORE.
